We aim to support businesses to excel in the quality and food safety domain. To cater this, we keep ourselves updated with the trending and ever-evolving technologies and upcoming regulatory requirements to support our clients to upkeep their food safety programs and quality management systems.

Each organization has its own approach and related challenges and requirements. No matter how challenging or peculiar your requirements could be Le Yafé goes hand in hand by providing onsite or offsite solutions right from the shop floor up-to the management through different sectors of services which includes but not limited to Training, Auditing, Consultation, Record keeping, Regulatory compliance etc.

Viviya is a food industry professional who has completed her M.Sc in Industrial Biotechnology and Management specialized in Food Quality, Hygiene, Safety & Environment from Université Catholique de Lille, France. Since her graduation, she has delivered projects in different food supply chain from catering to Manufacturing in various parts of the world including Canada, Europe and India.

She has in-depth knowledge and experiences on Food Safety, Regulatory requirements and Quality Management Systems. She is more passionate about delivering these knowledge and skills to organizations to be in compliance and to cater their specific needs.

Viviya’s approach to Food safety is very practical which aids her to provide solutions which are food safety compliant and at the mean time profitable approach for the businesses. This approach helps her to navigate and be part of the organizations irrespective of their size of either being start-ups or being well established organizations.

Viviya has helped organizations to develop, implement and achieve compliances and providing training on HACCP, Food Safety and Quality Management systems . She carries on her shoulder great accomplishments including; IRCA certified FSSC 22000 lead auditor and a certified internal auditor. Viviya believes that quality and food safety is ever evolving and challenging as technology advances. Hence, she keeps herself updated by attending various Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory courses to deliver the best and up-to-date solutions to her customers.
